Terms of Service & Content Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AntidotStream ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our video hosting services, APIs, media delivery networks, and website located at antidothab.xyz.

By creating an account, uploading video files, initiating media transcoding jobs, or viewing streamed content, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the audiovisual content ("Content") you upload to AntidotStream. However, by submitting Content to our infrastructure, you grant AntidotStream a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode (e.g. into AV1, VP9, and HEVC formats), distribute, cache, and publicly stream your Content across our distributed edge points of presence (PoPs).

You expressly represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademarks, and permissions for all media components (audio, visuals, musical compositions).
• Your Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
• Your Content does not contain malware, malicious scripts, spyware, or harmful payloads embedded within container formats.

3. DMCA Copyright Infringement & Takedown Notices

AntidotStream complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international intellectual property conventions. We respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of claimed copyright infringement.

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Specific URL or Content Identifier (CID) of the infringing material on antidothab.xyz;
• Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate;
• Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse Prevention

The following activities and media types are strictly prohibited on AntidotStream:

• Unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive audiovisual content;
• Promotion of terrorism, violent extremism, or hate speech;
• Malicious distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) traffic reflection via media streaming endpoints;
• Automated scraping that causes server degradation or violates edge rate limits;
• Circumvention of platform digital rights management or security tokens.

5. Distributed Edge Swarming & Peer Acceleration

To deliver smooth 4K/8K HDR video playback without buffering, our platform may utilize hybrid edge caching and WebTorrent / WebRTC peer-assisted streaming where bandwidth chunks are shared among concurrent viewers watching the same stream. You may toggle peer-assisted acceleration in your client playback settings at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

AntidotStream is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, zero packet loss, or instantaneous video transcoding. In no event shall AntidotStream or its infrastructure operators be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
