Privacy Commitment: AntidotStream operates on the principle of data minimization and zero-retention media caching. We design our video delivery fabric to prioritize viewer anonymity, post-quantum transport encryption, and client sovereignty.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

Unlike conventional advertising-supported video hubs, AntidotStream does NOT construct behavioral tracking profiles, does NOT sell viewing habits to third-party ad brokers, and does NOT track your browsing activity across external websites.

  • No persistent viewer profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • No permanent logging of raw IP addresses during public video stream chunk delivery.
  • No intrusive fingerprinting of client hardware or device serials.

2. Cryptographic Security & Transport Standards

All media streams, video uploads, and API exchanges routed through antidothab.xyz are fortified by state-of-the-art cryptographic mechanisms:

  • Post-Quantum Key Encapsulation (ML-KEM-768 / Kyber): Protects media exchanges against future quantum-decryption attacks ("Harvest Now, Decrypt Later").
  • Encrypted Client Hello (ECH): Hides Server Name Indication (SNI) on supported network paths, mitigating surveillance and eavesdropping.
  • Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS): Ephemeral session keys are renegotiated continuously via ECDHE and QUIC 0-RTT handshakes.

3. Information We Collect and Process

We process only the strictly necessary information required to operate a reliable high-bitrate video network:

  • Account & Channel Credentials: If you register a creator profile or studio account, we store your username, salted & hashed credentials (Argon2id), and public channel profile metadata.
  • Ephemeral Edge Cache Logs: Incoming media requests are temporarily processed in server RAM to balance edge loads across our PoPs. These volatile logs are rotated and purged within 24 hours.
  • Transcoding Queue Metadata: Video container parameters (codec, resolution, bitrate, audio channels) needed for multi-resolution HLS packaging.

4. Local Client Storage (Cookies & LocalStorage)

We use HTML5 localStorage strictly for functional client-side preferences:

  • Player volume, mute state, and preferred playback speed (e.g. 1.0x, 1.5x);
  • Preferred video quality settings (e.g. 4K, 1080p, Auto);
  • Local watch history and liked video bookmarks stored exclusively in your browser.

5. Peer-to-Peer Acceleration Privacy

When peer-assisted swarming is enabled, your browser communicates with nearby peers over encrypted WebRTC DataChannels to fetch video segments. During this session, peers may see temporary peer IDs and ephemeral connection endpoints necessary to route chunk transfers. No private video playback history or account credentials are ever broadcast to peer nodes.

6. Data Protection Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, AntidotStream affords you comprehensive data protection rights. You have the right to request export of your creator uploads, edit your channel details, or permanently purge your account and all associated master video files from our storage fabric.
